Accommodation

Please make your hotel reservation by requesting accommodation when you register for the conference. The rates quoted below can only be guaranteed if your booking is made this way, no later than July 9.

In order to secure your hotel reservation you need to state your credit card details on the registration form. The information will only be used if you don’t show up, or if you make a late cancellation. (See “Cancellation and Refunds” on the registration page.)

Payment Options
Accommodation must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. You will be able to pay by credit card or by cash.

Changes to your Reservation
If you need to change your reservation, please contact the conference secretariat by e-mail.
